Refund and Returns Policy

Our products are handmade. Each item would be unique. Our product descriptions and measurements are approximate. The items go through our quality control process before it comes to you.

All prices are displayed in CAD. The prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes are charged according to your shipping address.

We do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with the product please reach out to us so we can arrange for an exchange within 10 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you must present proof of purchase.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
